Are any buildings close to schools?
Yes! Our Diamond & Empire at East Village is across the road, there are 2 new k-6 as well as a YMCA daycare facilities.
When will the building be ready for occupancy?
Diamond & Empire at East Village is estimated to be ready for January 2016 & Empire in 2018.
What is going on next to East Village at Eagle Ridge?
There is a proposed development by PDG and they are calling it “The Common”

What is the interior ceiling height?
The ceiling heights in many of our suites are 9 feet.
Will all units have balconies?
Yes, all units have generous sized balconies.
How many parking stalls will there be for owners, tenants and for visitors?
Owner/tenants will receive 1 or 2 underground spots. Visitor stalls located upfront.
Is there storage, and if so, where is it located?
Your personal storage areas are the generously sized laundry rooms each condo has. There is no other common area storage.
Is there storage/parking for bikes?
Yes, there will be pedal bike parking in the parkade. Bikes will not be allowed in the elevators or the residences, and cannot be stored on balconies.
Can I have pets?
Sorry, no pets allowed.
Is the building secure?
The building is secured with video surveillance cameras, and entry is by key fob system.
